The first Agriforwards CDT Welcome event took place on Friday, 16th October. This year the event was run online, but still it was a very joyful occastion.
During the event the new cohort students met with their supervisors, listen to presentations and had an opportunity to ask questions.
We hope that the event was not overwhelming and the Agriforwards CDT team from this moment will stay in close contact.
A vegitable survey that was run Dr Fumiya Iida during the event concluded that that the most favourite vegitables among the Agriforwards CDT-- Cambridge members are tomatoes and gourgettes.
